An Evening of Storytelling.
The purpose of Jane’s Storytelling Evenings is to inspire people to make life changes and encourage those in the process. On March 20, 2014, the guest speakers were Larry Shelton, a 91 year-old Holocaust survivor, and Marybeth Beiersdorf, co-founder of Salute, Inc. (www.saluteinc.org), an organization created to help meet the financial, physical and emotional needs of military service members, veterans and their family. Larry credits his survival and freedom to the Allied Forces of World War II. In a show of gratitude, he has devoted the rest of his life to helping those of the armed forces, especially wounded veterans, by sharing the motivational stories of his life.
